During this difficult time, we’re all feeling a little overwhelmed. Around the world, life as we knew it has changed virtually overnight. Things will get back to normal eventually, but until they do, we’re all experiencing a greater than usual level of stress. It’s important to remember that many of the things that feel overwhelming to us right now are beyond our control. We can, however, reduce our overall stress level by improving the things we can control. Whether you’re working from home or still going to the office, there’s no reason to be overwhelmed by work on top of everything else.

Note to Self: Reflections of a Workaholic

Over the weekend, I did something I rarely do… I took 36 hours off. Off-off. No cell phone. No lap-top. No Google analytics. No Twitter or Facebook. Nada device-related input.

And when we do that, we have the chance to unwind, breathe and reflect. And here’s what I thought about…
