There’s another side to the coin, however… one many job seekers don’t think about: the extent employers, recruiters and hiring managers will go to do their due diligence on candidates. Far beyond just reviewing your LinkedIn account, Twitter feed and Facebook pics, as we hear about all the time, many employers conduct extensive background checks (criminal, credit, driving, etc.) before they hire you.
