Job Description

Field team members will take on one of the roles below:

a)    Captain
•    Captains are the manager of all operations for the day.
•    They ensure that all equipment is transported to the venue, properly set up, enough team members are on hand, and all responsibilities are being handled properly.
•    They are the point person to handle any onsite customer service issues.
•    Captains are also in charge of greeting participants and giving a pre-game brief.
•    They are responsibilities for post-pack-down and take field notes from the team of any issues and areas for improvement.
•    They make sure that all equipment is cleaned and locked up properly, damaged equipment is properly tagged for future repair or replacement, and the inventory list is updated with any notes.

b)    Referee
•    Referees supervise all activities on the field.
•    Their primary duty is to maintain control of the games, introduce new games, and to ensure the safety of all participants and product on the field, cautioning reckless players.
•    They are responsible for communicating and enforcing all rules.
•    Referees are also responsible for timekeeping.

c)    Sideline Manager
•    Sideline managers supervise all activities outside the field (on the sidelines).
•    They ensure waivers are signed by all participants before entering the field.
•    Sideline managers make sure all equipment and materials are set up and distributed on time.
•    They deliver replacements of balls if there is any game-time damage, and they also handle cleaning (when necessary) between groups and repairs of units after games.
•    When needed, the sideline manager is also in charge of scorekeeping.

d)    Sideline Coordinator
•    Sideline coordinators assist sideline managers and shadow all their duties.
•    Sideline coordinators are often able to also handle photography and video recordings for participants if requested.
•    They can also act as promotional help by giving out materials and answering any questions other players or spectators may have.


•    College student or recent grads available to work 5-15 hours a week on weekday evenings and weekends
•    Keen sports enthusiast
•    A native English speaker
•    You have excellent communication skills are social, highly dependable, energetic, resourceful and organized
•    A ‘can-do’ attitude and readiness to help teammates and customers when needed
•    Fun loving, self-motivated, and enthusiastic

Additional Information

This is a part time hourly position with a pay of $15-20 an hour.
