  • Oh my goodness, this is FABULOUS! I’ve said for years: NO multi-tasking! I teach clients to “sequential uni-task”. Focus fully on one thing at a time, which doesn’t preclude moving quickly from one thing to another, but not multiple things at one time. Amen to this!
