YouTern is dedicated to matching the best young talent to leading organizations through internships. We take great pride in our online community, our passion for customer service, and in using technology to reintroduce the “human” element into human resources.

In past lives, we have worked for large corporations, at internet start-ups (including two in the online recruiting industry), and have years of experience in human resources.

Our collective experience – along with input from college students, human resource professionals, and student advocates from career centers across the US – has created a community where future leaders gain invaluable experiential education from current innovators and executives.
