Data Manager / E-Commerce Coordinator

Looking for individual with data management / e-commerce experience

The individual selected will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the customer online experience.

To do this they will need to :

1. Demonstrate an ability to multitask, prioritize and remain focused when dealing with multiple tasks and multiple deadlines.

2. Coordinate with web designer and sales and marketing on new ideas, programs and / or customer issues.

3. Publish, maintain and update content and catalogs across multiple websites.

4. Develop an in depth knowledge of various e-commerce solutions understanding the strengths, weakness of each and the roll each plays in the corporate marketing strategy.

5. Develop an understanding of our business solutions data base and how said data base relates to and affects various e-commerce solutions.

6. Set up online access, assign passwords and logins and assist in familiarizing new customers with our e-commerce solution.

7. Develop an understanding of customer needs and expectation, matching such with the appropriate e-commerce solution.

8. Identify site issues and works with web designers to correct or resolve any issues.

9. Various other tasks as shall be assigned.

2 + years of ecommerce experience

Associates degree, or equivalent in experience

Able to work a fast pace

Good organizational and time management skills

Highly detail oriented

Good communication skills
