  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Aptitude for understanding technology
  • Experience with new product introduction projects
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills using creative solutions
  • Strong teamwork skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate sense of urgency to accomplish tasks
  • Background in application development and IT process management
  • Experience in inventory management preferred
  • Proficient Computer Skills (company uses Flex Rental Solutions as inventory management)
  • Education:  Bachelors degree in Business 
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in customer service position, preferably in a technology organization. 2+ years of management experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document and manage the Supply Chain process
  • Develop, document and manage the Logistics process
  • Design end to end order fulfillment systems to integrate with other internal applications
  • Design and implement quality controls within Implementation, Vendor Management, Inventory, and internal applications
  • Manage implementation of services provided by external vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams (and possibly customers) for customer deployments
  • Track order related activity and maintain business reports, including order and shipping forecasts, inventory requirements, etc.
  • Work with purchasing/finance to coordinate inventory needs
  • Project Management for large deployments, customer site projects, hardware upgrades, internal systems development and launch and others as required.
  • Data analysis and business reporting
  • Develop strong, ethical relationships with key vendors  to ensure a beneficial relationship
  • Performs other duties as required
